What can I expect from a Compliance Call?
What can I expect from a Compliance Call?
Updated over a week ago

In addition to requesting additional documentation regarding your wealth and residence, we will contact you for a risk assessment conversation. This conversation takes place via Google Meet (video call). We conduct this process randomly in consultation with the Dutch Central Bank (DNB) to get to know you better.

You will receive an email with a URL link once the documents you submitted have been reviewed and accepted. You can schedule a video call appointment when you click on this link.

You will then see this screen. Schedule your call for a day and time that suits you. Please fill in your UID and phone number so we can easily contact you.

Once you have scheduled the call, you will receive an email with the URL link to the conversation. This link will take you to the space where the conversation will occur.

Please note: A compliance staff member will only be present at the time and day you have indicated! So, ensure you are in the space on the specified day and time.

What is Google Meet, and how does it work?

Google Meet is an online communication platform enabling video calling and conferencing. It allows individuals to talk and see each other from various locations through their computers, smartphones, or tablets. Here's how it works:

  1. In a web browser, go to https://meet.google.com.

  2. Click on "Enter a code or link."

  3. Enter a meeting code. The meeting code is the series of letters at the end of the URL link you received in your email after scheduling the call.

  4. Ensure your microphone and camera are working.

  5. Click on "Continue" and then "Join now."

Please note: Have your identification document ready. If you cannot show your identification document to us at the beginning of the call, unfortunately, we won't be able to proceed with the conversation.
