My sell order hasn't been processed, what now?
You can place a sell order only after you've made a purchase order on Bybit with your own account. If you have done that and your sell order hasn't been processed, please contact the compliance department.
Please note: Only one account can be linked to your account.
To proceed with the ticket, we need the following details from you:
Bybit UID (7-digit or more code)
Full name
Email address registered with Bybit
Bank account number you want to deposit to
If necessary, a screenshot of the error
