If you have submitted your verification but have not received a response, it's possible that our emails have ended up in your spam folder or were not delivered.

In that case, we recommend emailing complianceops@bybit.com with your UID. Also, please add emails from @bybit.com to your contacts to ensure you stay updated with the latest news.

If the issue persists, we advise you to contact us via live chat.
